Hi, I'm Ashwini, the founder and CEO, and I help startups and small-to-mid-sized businesses cut through the AI hype to build solutions that actually deliver results. With 15+ years in software, product, and IT leadership, I focus on turning AI ideas into measurable business impact—helping teams navigate what truly drives success.
From early prototypes to scalable platforms, I’ve helped teams achieve up to 30–40% efficiency gains through applied AI and automation. Holding an MBA, agile certifications (PMP, CSM, and CSPO) and the recent upskilling in AI, I offer a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic business insight and Agile execution - all essential for transforming AI from buzzword into business value. My "AI" journey began with volunteer research at PMI, followed by formal specialization in AI for Business from Wharton Online and advanced programs with FAANG mentors in Applied GenAI, Machine Learning, and AI Product Management. Most recently, I completed UC Berkeley's NSF I-Corps program, conducting extensive customer discovery to ensure SmartSegAI addresses real market needs and delivers measurable business growth. As a leader, I am passionate about driving results through seamless cross-functional collaboration, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business frameworks.
Today, I partner with early-stage ventures and growing businesses to develop AI-powered products and frameworks that drive growth, sharpen decision-making, and deliver measurable results. My recent work spans ML, GenAI and NLP solutions across energy, eCommerce, and operations—leading product vision, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy for various AI initiatives. In my free time, I like to explore nature photography, charcoal sketching, reading and spending time with my two daughters.
